I placed an order for checks 4/29. Did not receive confirmation email, and could not access any order info on website-it said no account had been setup.
I waited until 5/5, and then sent email inquiring as to whether order had gone through. I received no answer whatsoever, so after another week I placed the order elsewhere.
On 5/24 I received the first email from Carousel stating the order, # 1272583283-359, was completed, and being shipped. The order did arrive, however, I do not NEED or want the order now, as I had placed my order elsewhere.
I have contacted them, asked for a refund, and for prepaid labels to send the order back, and I am getting nothing but the run-around and a lot of lies stating they contacted/attempted to contact me, which they did not EVER do until 5/21.
There is still NO record of ANY order for this account, although I am able to log on to the website now.
I attempted to do a chargeback on this, but CC customer service said they can't because the merchandise was shipped (unless there is an error with the printed materials). I consider this order to be an UNAUTHORIZED charge on my account.
