I am very disappointed in 1Click DVD copying material. I used their free trial for only two days before it expired I was forced to purchase the product (I believe the free trial was to last more days).
During the trial period I did not have problems with 1Click software. But after I purchased the product I have been unable to copy a single DVD. Very disappointing since I've invested a lot of time into it (more than 10 hours). I purchased the product in late November.
Their customer support is also horrible. I get the feeling that it's high school students. They are useless, and only make a bad situation worse. They rarely respond, and if they do it's days late, and their response does not fix the problem (e.G. I cannot burn dvds).
Please DO NOT buy from this company. They are bad.
