After research and several emails from PlanMagic, we decided to spend $ 399 on downlproadable software from PlanMagic. The company claims to provide userfriendly templates for business plan production. Their website looks impressive as do their clients testimony's. (probably in-house produced). When we paid for the software, we received an email with download instruction which is not only complicated but a clearly not userfriendly as stated in their on website. Minutes after download we noticed that non of the financials are working, the product is faulty throughout with half of all modules unavailable. We instantly complained and received an email how to repair the system and make it functional. This is not our job and we do expect a fully functional software, having paid nearly $ 400. We are management consultants and our chief accountant also had a good look around the software and condemmned the product at an instant. Within a few hours we realized that this is not workable software and we asked for a full refunded, after having deleted the software. Needless to say, we have received no refund or response. We now take legal action and warn others not to buy products from Plan Magic as clrearly the products are not complete, not userfriendly and the service non existant. We provide any prove to any enquiry.
