This website list items as brand new and when product is received, merchandise turns out to be either bootleg, refurbished or fake copies. This has happened to me more than once with them... Last time, I demanded immediate satisfaction from company and they requested I return the merchandise for a full refund - I returned the merchandise promptly and I haven't received any refund to this date. Now, the company refuses to acknowledge my correspondence to them which has been via several emails and repeated phone calls.
The ways I have been scammed by this company is the following:
- ordered 500 t-shirts and received 150 sweatshirts which were damaged: not brand new as indicated in auction
- Ordered Abode Photoshop software and received pirated copies of the software
- Ordered brand new Bluetooths and received REFURBISHED Bluetooths with bootleg packaging.
Spoke to the alleged owner who goes by the name of Rami, who promised me a full refund if item was returned promptly within 3 days - sent item back the next day aftetr receiving the return shipping label from the company and I'm STILL awaiting my refund which to date as been weeks... Now, I'm stuck with no merchandise and lost my money...
