This company is a no integrity, lip service only, lame customer service company that is completely unaccountable for their ZERO follow through on the refund for the returned and unused dual saw that I ordered and then returned. I have spoken to, at least, 6 "customer service" staffers NONE of whom have followed through with their promise to return calls, issue the proper refund or note my account for the next staffer to consult. However Omni Dual Saw figures, it is obviously more profitable for them to keep a bank of cust. Serv. Droids around to put out fires with completely empty promises to resolve issues than for them to back their products & services with positive results and satisfactory customer service. I have wasted over 2 hrs. Cumulatively, on the phone, while @ work and am NO further ahead than I was after I made the first call to them. Not one of the, at least, 6 people had ANY notes in the file from previous calls that I'd made to them. I'm disgusted and completely stunned that companies like this actually exist.
