Due to an error made by a customer service rep, I received the same probuct 3 times in 2 1/2 months. When I tried to explain the problem I was given the run around (spoke with 5 different customer service reps before a refund request could be issued.) Promises were made to refund my money $110.70 in November (taken by 2 csr's for two different amounts because the 1 time it was not filed as the csr stated), however, refund has been received. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY unless you want to loss money because the customer has no rights and is not respected.
