Before Christmas I ordered the Dual Saw advertised on TV. It was suppose to be a Christmas present but it never came. I emailed the customer service 4 times and never received a reply. I called 3 times and each time I was told that their Supervisor would call me within 72 hours and it never happened. I was told they had no record of it yet I was billed over $180 for it using the Pay Pal option and their Bill Me Later Option. Now the first payment is due. I refuse to pay it until I get the Dual Saw and I am worried about my credit rating not paying for something I did't yet. I emailed Pay Pal but didn't receive a reply.
