I subscribed to ATT U-verse because of the good service offered. After the installation was completed and the service man left, I discovered that my computer did not work. I called ATT and was advised that it would be three weeks before a service man could be sent. One week later a service man arrived but he was unable to correct the problem. Another week passed and another service man arrived who was able to get the computer back in operation. The volume control on the TV remote has never worked properly. I called 1 800 288 and was advised be recording to check channel 411 and my problem would be answered. It was not and I was unable to contact anyone in
Person. It appears that the only way to get any service is to drop ATT U-Verse and go another company.
