My girlfriend and I went to Tim's to purchase a PT Cruiser. They played the old "I have to check w/my Manager" routine several times, causing us to leave and walk out.
The next day we rec'd a message and were told the price we wanted would be the price paid. We proceeded to buy the car and the last thing we were told by the oily saleman was "If you need anything, or have any problems w/the car, bring it back and we will take car of it".
2 days later the grill was loose and we called and spoke w/said oily salesman. He transfer us to the Manager who rudely told us, "we already did you a great deal, and we are not going to fix it". I asked for someone above him (i.E. An owner, etc.), and he snarled "I am the top guy, you don't have any choice".
Beware of these skunks; they say one thing and then another. The entire process was bad, like an old movie or something. Don't do business w/these crooks!
