Pedigree Cat Breeder's Society ripoff Organization rips off the public by fraudulently representing themselves as a quasi-official organization when in fact, it does not exist

This organization is fraudulently representing itself to the public. It does not even exist. Rosemarie Zizzo incorporated herself in the state of CA, as the Cat Breeder's Society. She alone is the PCBS. The website she maintains was created solely for the purpose of harrassing and libelling, purebred cat breeders.
The "organization", does not have the registered, trademark, copyright, nor the nonprofit status that it claims. It has been reported to the Attorney General of California, the USPTO, the IRS, the FTC, FCC, and the FBI's fraud complaint center.

Zizzo, in the guise of being an organization, sets down rules for purbred cat breeders, none of which she followed herself, including the price at which you must sell kittens, altering before placement, and giving registration papers. Most of Zizzo's kittens produced over the last 12 years, were sold without papers, many of them because she had not paid for the cats she was breeding.

Ms. Zizzo has been caught lying to various bodies and organizations to which she has submitted complaints in the name of other people, without their permission. This includes the Attorney Generals of Ohio and California.in a complaint to the AG of California, written Dec. 16, Zizzo also lied about where she resided, her phone number, and also claimed she had not made a complaint to any other body or organization.

Ms. Zizzo was herself a cat breeder, under the prefix of Shar-Dew. She twice dumped her cats at a kill shelter, although she knew their breeders would take them back.in July she was charged with two counts of animal abandonment by the Cat Fanciers Association, and in order to avoid disciplinary action, asked that her cattery be "retired". CFA then suspended all of her privileges. Zizzo is now attempting to get her cattery back, and a full hearing on the two abandonment charges will be held at the June meeting of CFA, along with a hearing on the charge of "Conduct detrimental to the cat fancy" for her continued persecution of other breeders.
