National Credit System
NCS Disrespectful and very insulting tone poor customer services impossible to deal with

I moved from a property where there was a balance due, i was involved in a domestice voilence case so moving could not be helped. I recieved a call from Miss Tillman demanding that i pay her client, explained two people on lease however they are only going after me. Fine i accepted that, agreed to pay a certain amount lump sum deposit and installments of 98.00 plus monies, lump sum was 177.00. On the day of accepting second payment i called her she says i agreed to pay 177.00 every month until paid off. I disagreed they were going to let me hear the recording that day never came and now today i want to change the account to take monies from another account she puts her supervisor on the phone. He is rude his tone is as if i was a problem to deal with. So i mentioned to him that every time i call their office the have such a nasty attitude when dealing with people trying to maintain their credit. He got aggrivated and told me that i am wasting his time and don't call his office until i have the full remaining balance. So to me this becomes personal not professional at all. They have conflicting information as to what i agreed to pay and on top of that want to treat me like i am dirt. I work very freaking hard for my monies and will not tolerated disrespect and mishandling of my funds by anyone. Its not what you say but how you say it and i am very upset at the way inwhich they handled this entire process.

I look forward for this going to court. And i will report this every and anyone who will listen. I am furious at the way inwhich they handled my case. Her supervisor hung up on me twice and told me not to call their office back unless i had all of HIS money in 30 years of doing business i have never experienced such unproffesionalism and disrespect from a company that deals with the public.
