I attempted to change my flight with CheapO and was told it would cost me $660. Yes, $660 dollars. I went to the airline site, upgraded to a premium exit row window (the row that reclines), free baggage, fully refundable - $134. Yes, $526 LESS!!! I even made the Cheap$@#@$ agent confirm because I couldn't believe it. Believe it. Find someone else to book with. Anyone else. You won't regret it.
