Unauthorize withdrawl

I sign up with this company to receive a free credit report. I cancel within ten bussiness days. They told that it was cancel. For eight months they have been taking $29.95 plus $1.00 from my bank account without my knowledge or consent. I spoke with the manager;by phone. She said they would return my money. I don;t trust them this the reason for my complain.
