They called me to build my credit and told me i would be getting a master card with a balance of 2,500 credit limit and there would be a one time fee of 299.00$ and 6.9 for tha life of the card.
I first Spoke with a guy named micheal mills which told me about the offer and switched me over another guy named tony. Tony was talking so fast i couldnt even get his last name. Tony told me that we would go through a few questions that would be recorded. They asked me my name, address, checking account number, and asked me to authorize the 299.00$ withdrawl from my account for the feb. 19th and the fee was not taking withdrawled untill feb. 23 which caused all kinds of NSF fees.
I called the 800-767-1435 that was supossed to be a customer service number. I woman answered named Donnea. I told her i wanted to cancel the credit card. She told me i would not be able to cancel untill i recived my package in 14 to 21 bussiness days i can send it back and cancel and in 30 days all but 25$ (for processing) would be refunded to me. So I asked for a manager the manager sounded just like Donnea and she was very rude and was yelling in the phone. She told me she had to supervisor and she didn't have a employee log in or ID. I asked the corp. Number and she only gave me tha city and state that the corperate office was located.
I spoke with my sister-in-law about it and she told me they same thing had happened to her husband and they ended up taking 1,000$ dollars out of there account. So i went to my bank and tried to dispute the charges so if any futher charges where taking they could be stoped. My bank told me that since it wasn't a debit card transaction and i had gived them my account number that they could not dispute the charges. So i'm having to close my account and change all my stuff over so no more money is taking from me. I still haven't recived my package yet dont know if i will. Please if you get any calls from a 800-767-1435 do not feed into there scam.
