I bought a Straighttalk telephone at Walmart on Nov. 1st. Triggered it on that evening and had no difficulty with-it to get a month. I determined that I'd change to a car bill-pay arrange for the next month and registered for this online on Dec. 1st. Nevertheless, my pone didn't reactivate. I called repeatedly to try and obtain the phone operating and adopted all the directions to reset the telephone, but to no avail. They kept showing me to hold back 2 hours, then 24 hours.

After 4 days of attempting (and waiting), it nevertheless was not operating and that I needed to keep city on the 10-excursion. They stated that easily might delay another twenty four hours, it'd be set... After about an hour or so about the telephone, the woman DID get my phone operating again. I suppose she'd to enter all the info again and he or she stated that possibly anything have been left off before. (I actually donot really realize that since I have DID have 30 days of great support). Anyhow, I stated that I nevertheless was not thrilled since I'd taken care of a complete month of support and did not have any for 15 times! I needed to possess these 15 times included back onto my support... Therefore she stated that she'd create the termination time for January 15th in the place of Dec. 31st... I believed that might be minimal they might do. However on Dec. 31st, my charge card was charged for another $30! Evidently, she lied and also the day WAS NOT reset! Since after I named on January 1st to protest, the consultant stated that they'renot ready to reset the support times from their computers. I wold need to contact the government offices plus they might manage the issue. Nowadays (Jan 5th) I named them-and lo and see, they wont DO SOMETHING. She talked to her boss but would not I'd like to keep in touch with him or provide me the title of the corporate consultant who I really could talk to about that. I'm completely disappointed and need to inform everybody that I will about how exactly bad their customer support is.
