I want to thank Sears for having a very nice, pleasant person for having as a repairman. Tec.#0898577 and the person he had with him knew exactly how to fix my washer which had had 3 other Sears people who I wouldn't reccommend... Tryn to fix They were clean, neat and on time. They cared if everything worked right and if they left my room has clean and when they arrived. Sears should have them train the other technician on manners and getting to a job on time. I wil alwaqys call back and ask for that tech. #. And if this gets to the two Techs. I want to say THANK YOU SOOO VERY MUCH It was nice getting my washer back to good use. Good luck on your jobs and drive those trucks safely.
