Keep trying to charge me for a traffic ticket that has been paid

After I paid my traffic ticket I received a letter from GC Services saying that I owed them money for the traffic ticket. The first time it happened I cleared it up and they said that everything was fine. Now six months later they are trying to do the same thing for the same ticket.
