National Bureau of Investigation NBI commissioner, said Lok Ying Ha together with William Lok Go were arrested at 8 Radish Street Valle Verde 5 Pasig while deceiving foreigners to invest in real estate.
Police seized fake document, permit, and fake real estate document from Lok Ying Ha.
Information from the seized fake document and official reciept showed that they had deceived investor to invest over 17 million in fake firms.
