Manila Philippines Soat Le Ong are being arrested by NBI and accused of scamming homeowners. Police say Soat Le Ong was being charged for the processing of fake real estate document and bank cheque scam. Soat Le Ong are now being charged with theft by swindle and faces a fine and up to 10 years in prison. National Bureau of Investigation Crime Division police have arrested Soat Le Ong for having allegedly deceiving both Filipino Chinese and foreign investors and cheated them of large amount of cash.
