On Dec 27th My family and I were eating at KFC in Everett WA. We order the 12 pc meal, as we were eatting my son found a long hair inside the chicken. We were all upset and didn't want to eat anymore of the food, so I went to the front counter and ask if we can have our money back. Jay who was working said he can not give back our money becuase we had already ate the food. I told him it was just the one chicken, he said all he can do is remake our order. We never got our money back and left all the food. When we was leaving I saw all of them laughing at us. I will never go back there again.
