My husband and i visited this store October 28. My husband ordered a 10 piece chicken nugget he was in the middle of eating them when he found a small black hair in the box. So he took his food up to the manager to show her and she told him that they could not replace his food because it was more than 75% eaten. Then i went up there to ask about it. The manager who's name is April instantly got an attitude with me. Then there were employees in the kitchen without hair nets and i said that it could have came from one of them. And one of the employees in the back said "that wasn't my hair b*tch." the manager did not say anything to her for calling me that. So i asked the manager if i could get the amount of chicken nuggets that she through away and she said " really you want two chicken nuggets." She went on to accuse my husband of coming up to that store all the time and doing this. Even though this was our first time going there and we live twenty minutes away. Then after i walked away from the counter i heard the manager still running her mouth about the situation. Its safe to say i will not be visiting this store in the future.
