I Bought a rainsoft system from these people 4/2/08. We have had nothing but trouble with the system one month after it was installed. I have called them at least once or twice every two months since then. All they wanted to do was have us to send water to them to check. They would call back and tell us the system was working. The system was suppose to soften our skin and take the dirt and stuff out of our water. It did not do anything it was suppose to do. Our skin is still dry, I can not tell any difference. They told me that it was in our well, on November 23,09 I called them and told them that our water preasure has gone, they told us that the system was ours and they had nothing to say to us. So we called BBB (Better Buisness Burrow) the week after thanksgiving. December 21 09 they called and said they will be out to check the water that day. The man they send out messed the system up to the point that our comodes in both bathroom stopped up, and the fossit in the kitchen, Our daughter lives behind us and shares our well it affected her bathrooms to, plus she has a little bit of black gravel coming through her sinks. She has a 3 month old and a 3 year old that drinks the water. Would you let yor kids drink water like that? They are sending a man out to look at the system again tomorrow Dec. 23 09. I have tried for the last year to get them to fix this problem and when they did finally attempt, this is the mess that they have caused. I need help to try and get my money back, because they have caused enough damage to mine and my daughters home! And this has gone on long enough. Please help!
