System is not working, took them over a month to connect, I failed to check prices, I have been robbed!"tech" left drinking water and outside tap unconnected, did not tellme, I called afetr noticing dirt in my water, toon another 2 months to correct, technician could not keep appointment, came back to hook up drinking water, took another month to get outside tap connected, we still have much calcium deposits in water, "customer support" is worthless, want to charge for everything, I had to replace water heater due to calcium plugging, system is not working, customer service will not return my phone calls, I'm now contacting an attorney.
