During the month of August, there was a Russian girl walking from door to door trying to peddle her wares to people in my neighborhood. Originally, I had paid the deposit in the form of a check; however, once the check cleared, I had notified the company—Southwester that I did not want the books and requested my money back.
A little while afterwards, I had heard nothing from the salesperson martika let alone Southwestern. Subsequently, I contacted the Better Business Bureau in an effort to try and procure my lost funds. This all seemed futile, for Southwestern never contacted me. If they contacted let alone refuted my claim to the BBB, honestly, I would not know.
While being contacted by a BBB associate, I had burned a copy of my invoice/remittance form and faxed it to a prescribed number. Specious not to mention scurrilous as this whole procession was, I honestly do not remember hearing let alone being contacted from the BBB or Southwestern. All I desire is the amount of money I gave to these people... That is simply it.
