On Dec. 19 at 2:08 pm I entered KFC and placed an order for three thighs in orignal recipe the cashier who took the order boxed the order and added a bicuit and told me the total will be $5.50. I informed the cashier that I did not want a biscuit, she removed the biscuit and tried to charge the $5.50 again. I then asked how much is the order without the biscuit. She then went to find a supperviser and came back without one. The cashier then went to the adjacent register and rang a total of $4.91. At this time a supperviser approched to investigate. I then asked why did the cashier attempt to charge me the same price instead of ajusting for the biscuit. The supperviser said absolutly nothing but the cashier responded saying that the differdnce was only $. 20 and that I should not be concernd. I then said to the supperviser that the cashier should be trained in custermer service. The supperviser made no comment to me or the cashier. At that point the cashier said don't worry about that either you want the chicken or you don't. At 2:12 pm I left KFC without a meal an appology or any comment from the supperviser on duty. I am discusted KFC has been my favorite fastfood resturant for twenty years. I have have to travel out of my nieghborhood to enjoy thier chicken because so many of thier resturaunts have gone out of bussiness. I travel too for that type of sevice.
