Distributing outlandishly overpriced items via misleading techniques
Lion Distribution and Royal Chemical, actually same company are in business of calling businesses and ship them overpriced items and then attempt collection the outrageous invoices. As example the light bulbs that you can buy for a $1 or $2, is over $15 with them. A chemical bottle that you can purchase for $5 from anywhere, they label it for you for $40-50.
They call your business, use business manager name or maintenance staff name and simply ship the items without your knowledge, OR they promise cheap items as DVD Player or Grill Set to one of your employees getting order for the 10 times overpriced items.
You can call them and ask for return but they wont record it or accept the return.
It seems the company does not have a physical address or real landline, seemingly they are using VOIP phone and fax lines also.
Currently they are billing me thousands of dollars for items that worth less than a hundred only because one of my staff was promised to receive (and received) a cheap DVD player.
