Lion Distributing Inc has called several of my company's locations and verified with the receiptionist (or who ever answers the phone) the facility address. They ask the person who answered the phone for their name. Two weeks later a package arrives bearing the person who answered the phone as the receiver. The facilities receives lots of packages on any given day. Within another two weeks a very large invoice arrives billing us for Light Bulbs at a ridiculously high price.
After contacting Lion Distributing to request a return address for the light bulbs. The person at Lion becomes very aggressive and out right rude. They will not accept the product back and that we have to pay for the product regardless if we ordered it or not. It seems as if every couple of months a new employee from Lion Distbuting calls me looking for payment and todate I am refusing payment and informing them they are not an authorized vendor for my company.
