I have no idea what this company is but they took 149.95 from my bank acc. And now I'm completely broke with 3 kids leas than 3 weeks til x-mas. How can they do this?

This, usa credit how ever they are took 149.95 from my bank acc. And I have never heard of them! Tried to call and go to web site and nothing but busy phone and no web page. How can they get away with this? That was all the money I had now I have bank overdraft fees and 3 kids with no x-mas money. I just do't understand!!!
