On 07/22 Page Plus Cellular inappropriately charged my bank account 4 times in online transactions resulting in overdraft fees of $108 - a result of a failed online system that reported "error" messages and to "try later" while attempting to renew my monthly cellular service.
On 7/27 My bank calls me to notify me of these transactions and the danger of overdraft fees. Same day I contact Page Plus and they say that there is NO RECORD of these transactions...
8 days later on 07/30 I call Page Plus again to demand they refund my money and reimburse me for $108 in overdraft fees. They refunded the unauthorized transactions, however, they refuse to pay for the overdraft fees THEY CREATED for me!
I subsequently dropped their service, but they still cost me $108 and they take no responsibility nor respond to a letter I sent them on 07/30
