We rent a 2 bedroom apartment. The window in one of the bedrooms has so much condensation on it in the mornings that the room smells of mold and mildew. It is so cold in the room that we can no longer stay in the room. Management has been told of this many times. They were to have sent someone over 2 weeks ago to fix the window. I get tired of the manager (Vanessa) lying to us. The other day someone came over and put a piece of weather strip in the bottom of the window. Every night we sleep in the room we wake up with sore throats or just feeling sick. Management only seem to care when they are talking to you. We need help. I don't know why they are able to get away with stuff like this. Everyone has complaints about them doing things in the apartments. They just pasted around a paper stating that if your money isn't in my the 3rd of the month it is late. Something should be done about them taking forever to fix things around here.
