Wrong everything

I had to reorder something three times because the first time they sent it to me wrong, the second time they typed in the wrong credit card number and it was cancelled, and the third time i was to get free express shipping so it was here by christmas and i was charged for it and they then told me after i ordered it that it was out of stock and it wouldn't be here till january. AND they wont even let me speak to a manager.
