I ordered some flowers the thursday before Mother's Day and they were not delivered. I did receive a confirmation
with the wrong address. I called them directly and spelled the address three times while someone typed it into the computer. The company still managed to send the flowers to the wrong person at the wrong address on the wrong day. I contacted customer service several times and i was directed towards the answering machine. After several emails, i was told that i would receive a credit or they would be resent. I emailed the correct name with the address and request that they be resent 4 days ago. It is now 8 days past mother's day and my mother still has not received them. I feel like it was a waste of money and time.
