The absolute worst experience of my life. This was a first for me. They called me about being "pre-approved" for a car loan. I go in, am shown only 2 cars, one of which I like. No price is ever divulged, I'm advised that I'm approved-Yahoo! I'm asked for a deposit, I give it and am advised that I would get a call the next morning to go over numbers, etc. I did get the call, was asked to bring in my trade and nothing else was discussed, the salesman is no where to be seen, I'm told the car was sold, no one knew about the deposit and it "didnt mean anything without the signed contract". My trade in hadn't been checked, it was still in the same place it was parked in when brought in the previous evening, the hood never opened (trust me I'm sure). The Finance Manager clearly didn't know that a sales assistant had called just minutes before indicating they couldn't find my car keys. After getting the obvious run around and one lie after another and the salesman is now on his 3rd "took the day off" I demanded my money back and the car I brought in as a trade in. This sorry place couldn't even find the extra information I provided them with about my car, I asked for it and the floor manager opened every desk drawer, all of which were empty. Beware!!!
