Outsourcing... Bad decision. Atleast not customer service. There is not a single place to get all the information you need. I wanted to close one of my account and cash out the balance

Thursday - I am told I cannot close the account becasue the balance is more that 2K. Later on Thursday I realized they still put a block on my account. So now my money is stuck.

Friday - I called to inquire why and I was told they will need to research and will let me know on Tuesday. (Ha. It takes more than 48 hours to read call logs. Efficient)

Tuesday - late night I called them. The supervisor did not know anything about my conversation on Friday. I am asked to write a letter to the Branch requesting to close my account with my account number, amount address and instructions to mail the balance. So I did that and spent $17 to overnight the stupid letter.

Monday (next week): The letter is returned to me saying I need to get it notarized. NOTE THIS IS ALL THAT IS MENTIONED IN THE LETTER.

Monday night - I called customer service spoke with the supvervisor again to make sure I that is all I need to send. 15 minutes later the guy comes back saying oh you also need to your wife sign the letter AND HAVE HER SIGNATURE NOTARIZED AS WELL (remember none of was mentioned to me till today, If I had followed the instructions on the letter they woudl have rejected that as well.
