The thing is once the supervisor of acceptance/agreement, doesn't have customer support abilities and doesn't take-charge of his division, or does he understand how to assign purchases. On 12/8/09, I've been waiting 3 days for an appoval, Choice claim to be waiting for the Tech to call them, so customer did a three-way call and Choice still refused to resolve the issue. Client requested if we're able to all remove and askd the Supervisor to contact Merchant and he mentioned No. I'll not be reviving any furture company with choice. WARNING!!! FRAUD
