On September a sales representative call me on my cell phone and told me that I would be given a $5,000 grant and that the funds would be deposited in my bank account on Monday.
He also told me that $2,000 would be made available to withdrawl by Tuesday and that the remaining balance would be made available in a week after the deposit was made.
He also told me that I would be charged a processing fee of $49.95 in order to have the funds transfered to my bank account. At that time he transfered me into an automated system to verify this information.
On Monday the funds were not in my account, so I called the customer service number that they had given me and mentioned that the funds were not there they told me that since I was contacted on Friday that it takes 24 hours to process and I should have the funds no later than Thursday and if they were not there by then to give them back a call.
On Thursday the funds were not there and once again I contacted the customer service number and this time the representative told me something different. She told me that I was misinformed and after the $299.99 that I was to get information on how to apply for government grant money. (Which I was told by the sales representative). So I feel that I was lied to regarding this company I have not gotten any information that was told to me by this company, I only know that $49.95 and $299.99 was withdrawn from my account and the bank tried to retrieve these funds but was unsuccessful. I hope that in reporting this that it will prevent others like myself be more aware.
