Following negative feedback placed on eBay as a result of outrageous communication from the seller, that seller (dnnyantiy) sent several emails in which he threatened to smear my name across the internet in order to discredit me and my family to businesses, creditors and employers in addition to the report filed with ROR which is filled with lie after lie. He also placed six harassing telephone calls to me in the early morning hours and it was clear to me that he was impaired during these calls. At no time did I make any negative statement about this person in any forum other than the single negative feedback on eBay.
This person has NO credibility and sought retribution for the negative eBay feedback (which was completely warranted due to his failure to communicate in a businesslike manner) through threats and attempted intimidation. His brother called to try to resolve the situation and promised the smear campaign would cease and all negative references posted would be retracted; this was not done.
Danny Avanti or Danny Hayemm or any other name he uses is an Israeli native who needs to learn how to properly conduct business in the United States.
