On 9-13-08 I ordered a large amount of breakfast sandwiches and foolishly left the sotore without checking the order. When I called thew store to complain and asked for a manager, the line was disconnected. I called back only to hear orders being taken and noone at the end of the line. I called three times more and received a busy signal. My suggestion is that Mc Donald's should learn the merits of courtesy and retrain their employees how to answer thethe phone.-Mary Charlton
