I have had this account for years. They constantly add "ovelimit" fees. Even when I have not used the card in ages.
When you call all you get is some imbicile who really can't help you or can't discuss your problem.
I have asked for an accounting for the past six months. I was told that I would be charged $25 per month for this accounting.
I pay more than the minimum due and STILL I get over limit fees.
Their internet site is almost impossible to access. Now they have cut me off from my other FCNB accounts because of habitual "over limt" that they cannot explain.
I have reported them to the 3 major credit bureaus. I have called and asked for the highest human availabel and always only get some nincompoop that was no better than the first one I talked to.
They will not respond in writing. I wonder why. I am fighting the 6 months of "over limit" fees, but every blessed month they show up on my bill again.
I am so sick and tired of this that I finally filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. Nothing yet, but I have high hopes.
