First Consumers National Bank fraudulent ripoff billing Portland

Used my credit card to pay for internet services with aol when the card maxed out first consumers still allowed aol to take charges from that card without notice to me or declining the card for over the limit.

When i called them they refused to acknowlege me and told me I had to pay the over limit fees and late fees in curred to the card the card only had a 300.00 limit now it soared to 1100.00 with over the limit and late fees I am still arguing with them and reported them the credit card company to the federal fair trade acts commission
