Dear ripoff vistor
Unfortunely I can not give out my name due to I am an employee of the company and understand what you guys and gals are going through with this company.
I have been in the company for a little while (don't really want to give out to much info here) but I am very upset with everything that has been going on for the last couple of months that i have been there.
I understand what you are going through and this is the reason that I have written this report to let you all now about the terrible company.
I am here to give you all the facts and info about the company. Here is a little bit of info so that you can realize what you people are going through.
Ex. Pat Haines is not a real person so when they tell you that you are speaking to her it's a straight out LIE. When you call customer service and they tell you to fax info to Hazel Bishop that is also not a real person. I want to say I am sorry to all the people that have call in and have been given the run around.
