I, Not Happy Consumer, want to file a complaint on credit card merchant company Innovative Solution... Representative speaker was rude and trying to say mean thing to me when I'm trying to explain my situation through a phone call. They still charge me service after I fax a cancellation notice on August 12.. And still being charge $34.50 for the service of Sept., Oct., & Nov., 09 and also want to charge me termination fee of $295.00, which wasn't being explain clearly at the contract in 06/26/06. They charged ridiculously everything. And a lot of the charge was not explain right. I would never recommend this credit card company. They was not trying to solve the problem. They want to charge you as much as they can... They are rip-off credit card company... I wish there a way that I can get refund back of my money.
