Had called this company to replace rollers on our patio door in our unit, was told the service fee was $130. Technician came out and said just the rollers needed to be adjusted, well 3 days later, same problem. Called them back and was told it would be an additional $130 to replace the rollers and that the first call was only an inspection. I had specifically requested to have rollers replaced.
