Fortunately I do not bank with Suntrust, but I do have two auto loans with you. I must say that it has been the worst experience that I have ever had, being harrassed by the collection department. Both autos are 2005 and there has never been a missed payment. However, being that the loans were due about ten days apart, there are days when its been paid at the last minute. I just went to my credit union and refinanced one of my trucks. It is a shame that after talking with your office about the ten day payoff I've received a number of calls from your collection office. How do you run a bank wear no one is on the same page?
