Dont know how to start this let see, I opened up a account with freecreditreport.com in the very first week of Sept. Of 09, that account was later cancelled within 6business days of opening it. I got a email stating I wont be billed by them, however that email has since been deleted by the way my email is set up. It delete messages after 30days. My cc was charge 29.65 by info freecreditreport.com on 10.30.09 and they refused to refund my money back to my card. They claim they have to record of me calling and closing the account with them. Since I no longer have that email from them I have no proof. This is not the first time this company have mention not having records of any kinds when you call them regarding unauthorized charges they have made on your credit cards. They have done this to me twice already in the past. I know am a fool to keep going on their website. They are very unprofessional when you are trying to talk to them, the superviser I spoke to was very unprofessional. She said since I dont have the email to proof that account was closed with in 6days, they cant refund my money. I try telling her it was not possible to still have had that email after almost 2mons since my emails deletes its self after 30days olf. Dont know what else to do, but as a single mom every penny counts. So someone please help me refund my money against this company.
