I have been using this company for processing credit card sales for the last 10 months. A friend of mine recommended them. It was going okay until the economy started getting bad and people are calling their banks for refunds on their account. When you get a charge off, they charge you $15. You are suppose to fax or email them an explanation. Once you get a charge off they are suppose to refund you the money, when you explain yourself. But its up to the bank to refund propay. So you are out merchandise that was mailed out to your customer, plus a $15 fee and the money that the customer sent to pay you to mail out.
I do not recommend using this credit card processing company. Their customer service is horrible. They much rather you email them but when you do, they do not respond but email you a cheesy email that did not direct you personally. Their customer service reps do no know what they are doing. I spoke to a guy named, Cheick. He said, the resolution department does not speak to their customers, he didnt know why, that he told them about my situation and that they will email me. Customer service is limited.
I transferred about $200 into my account. It never went into my account, where is it? I asked Propay, they hung up on me. They never responded to my questions!
If you get a charge off, and you send the proper information that they need, they will freeze your account if you get five charge offs. You can no longer transfer money to your account but you sure can process credit card. The process of freezing your account is 120 days - with no interest!!!
This company is now linked to ebay. Dont fool yourself that would be a good thing. This company will rip you off! Do not use them!
