In September I ordered a credit report from freecreditreport.com. About 3 weeks later I cancelled the membership by sending an email to an address I got from calling them. According to the website as long as I cancelled before 30 days I would not be charged.
Unfortunately, the next month there was a charge of $9.95 on my credit card from this company. I sent another email informing them to cancel my membership. Another month goes by and again there is a $9.95 charge on my credit card. I finally called and spoke to someone today. This person informed me that they never received my emails and that it is against their policy to refund any charges. What a scam!
