I orderd a 800 number from this company after having them as my calling card provider since January of this year. The number they provided did not work so I requested a refund and my account closed. They returned emails stating that was fine, and asking if I wanted to use the funds before my account was closed. I told them no and asked for the account to be closed and my balance credited to my card. I then get an email stating my refund for the 800 number was processed back to my card. No word on the balance. I then get an email stating I was charged for my "monthly fee".
This fee is in association with the platinum plan they offer, something I cancelled early July. I notify them of this mistake and they proceed to call me a liar and state I've had that plan since the first day I opened an account with them. That isn't true, I printed each and every call I made on the account and it clearly shows I was charged 9 cents a minute for calls to Korea which is the gold rate, not the platinum rate. They refuse to refund the small amount so imagine what they'll do over larger amounts even when you have proof they're wrong from their own website.
