When I purchased my laptop with best buy in Clarksville Kentucky, salesman Zas was great in explaining what I needed to know and helped me purchase the software I needed for my business. I took it back last night because a problem had arisen and was told by a geek rep Jon that I needed my software to upload. So today I took it back with the software and now I'm told by another geek rep that he has to charge me $90.00 to work on my computer? I said what? Are you nuts. With his unbusiness like look and unsuccessful sale I requested to talk to the manager. That was a mistake because he had the same look that 2nd geek had. I have been a loyal customer as well as my family with your company for many, many years and this is what I get for it. No wander this economy is bad because of unprofessional employees on has and all they want is money, money, money. Well I have news for your company, keep my reward zone which I'm sure its not worth the paper its printed on. How you can help, I don't know because this is the first time I've had to use a computer, maybe more kindness for one that will spend with and help the many that keeps your company in business might help???
