I ordered the magazine subscription and paid 55.00 cash and never recieved it

I ordered a magazine subscription from Albert Salazar in Torrington, WY who was a door to door sales person. I paid in full with cash in June 9 and haven't recieved any magazines. I have the reciept in my hand and want justice for me and all the other people that thought we were helping a good cause.
